Mix almond flour, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and pinch of salt
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Heat ½ cup peanut butter, 3 tbsp maple syrup, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, and pinch of salt in a sauce pan or pot until it bubbles
Add peanut butter layer on top of the baked almond layer
Melt ½ dark chocolate bar and 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted
Add chocolate layer on top of peanut butter layer
Cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Cut into strips and enjoy
