Cut the ends of the cucumbers and place two chopsticks or skewers along the side of each cucumber.
On one side, slice the cucumber diagonally. Flip the cucumber over and slice it straight.
Generously salt the cucumbers and massage them, then set aside.
Chop the green onion and mince the garlic.
After 10 minutes, rinse and strain the cucumbers.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
The salad will be better after sitting, but can be enjoyed immediately.
