Make one cut halfway thru the tortilla-egg
Stack it with 1 tbsp fat-free cream cheese, 1 tbsp fat-free feta, 2 tbsp Hummus, a handful of spinach, 3 oz. Diced Chicken, and 3-4 Baby tomatoes
Toast, slice, and consume
