Lasagna Soup
  1. Start by chopping the onion and garlic finely.

  7. Let it cook for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  8. Stir in the cooking cream for a rich texture.

  9. Break the lasagna sheets into smaller pieces and add them to the pot.

  10. Cook until the pasta is tender, following the package instructions for timing.

  11. Serve the soup hot, garnished with mozzarella, fresh basil, and grated parmesan cheese.
