Real Maryland Crabcakes
  1. Mix mayonnaise, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, and parsley in a bowl.

  2. Gently fold in crab meat into the mixture.

  3. Add cracker crumbs and continue to gently mix.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).

  5. Form into cakes and fry in butter on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
