Gluten-free Peanut Butter Mug Cake
  1. Add dry ingredients to a microwave safe mug and mix until a smooth cake batter forms. All lumps of flour should have dissolved. If you’d like, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the cake batter.

  2. Microwave for 60 to 75 seconds, or until the centre of the cake has set up. Start with 60 seconds, then add ~10s until it looks done.

  3. Dig in and enjoy! For a special treat, serve the mug cake with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and a glass of milk.
