Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add the strawberries, ¼ cup sugar, cornstarch, RAPTURE vinegar, and vanilla to an oven-safe dish. Toss well until combined.
In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugars, pistachios, black sesame seeds, salt, and ALIVE olive oil to make the crumble topping. Mix until it resembles wet sand when molded.
Spoon the crumble topping onto the strawberries, flatten it, and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
