Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies
  1. Mix cheesecake shards by mixing ingredients, spread thin layer and freezing completely. Cut into shards. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.

  2. Bake sliced strawberries at 250°F (120°C) for 15 minutes, then cool.

  3. Cream butter and sugars together.

  4. Mix in egg, yolk, vanilla, and milk.

  5. Stir in dry ingredients until soft dough forms.

  6. Fold in strawberries and cheesecake chunks. Swirl in jam.

  7. Scoop 12 balls, cover and chill overnight.

  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.

  9. Shape with a cutter while warm.
