Spicy Smoked Salmon Hand Rolls
  1. Wash and cut the veggies.

  2. Take a nori sheet and cut in half horizontally. Add rice to one side of the sheet.

  3. Add the vegetables on top and align them in a diagonal line from the top left corner to the bottom center corner.

  4. Open the tin smoked salmon and place 1-2 pieces on top.

  5. Top with cilantro and a drizzle of the reserved chili crisp oil.

  6. To fold: take the bottom left corner and fold it over the fish + veggies, continue to roll until it is fully sealed. You can take a piece of rice and use to seal the open fold.
