Boil pasta, drain, but reserve some pasta water for later.
Add tbsp of oil to pan, then melt butter until brown.
Add onions, then caramelize until golden about 20-30 mins.
Add Garlic, seasonings, chili oil, mix well.
Stir in heavy cream, and parmesan, simmer until sauce is made.
Toss in pasta, add pasta water if needed.
Garnish with more parmesan and chili oil, enjoy!
