Place lentils, rice, olive oil, cumin, and coriander in an electric pressure cooker. Stir to combine.
Add onion, broth, and ¼ teaspoon salt to the pressure cooker; stir to combine.
Lock the lid in place and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure manually.
Carefully remove the lid, allowing steam to escape away from you. Stir in the remaining ¼ teaspoon salt.
Serve the mujadara hot.
