Drain the fluid from the tins of smoked oysters
Season the oysters with Creole seasoning
Add pads of butter on top
Sprinkle Louisiana hot sauce on top
Squeeze lime or lemon juice on top
Add a little bit of garlic and spread it evenly
Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan cheese on top
Cook the oysters in the air fryer, oven, barbecue, or smoker until bubbly
Let the oysters cool and then serve them as is or on top of crackers
