Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.
Place biscuits in 80ml (⅓ cup) muffin pans. Bake for 3 minutes or until biscuits have softened. Working very quickly, use the back of a teaspoon to shape the biscuits into a cup. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
Transfer biscuits to a serving platter. Divide apple and custard among biscuits. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and top with apple wedges. Serve.
