Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie
  1. Add chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, broth, and seasonings to crockpot. Stir to combine.

  2. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.

  3. Shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and sour cream (if using). Cook another 10–15 minutes on high.

  5. Bake biscuits according to package instructions.

  6. Serve chicken mixture over hot biscuits.
