Caramel Hot Orange Milk Tea
  1. Toast 6g black tea lightly over low heat to release aroma

  2. Cook 20g sugar slowly until caramelized

  3. Add 4 orange slices

  4. Pan-sear both sides until fragrant

  5. Pour in 500ml milk

  6. Bring to a boil, then immediately turn off heat

  7. Let tea steep for 5 minutes off the heat

  8. Strain out tea leaves
