Pastrami-spice Rubbed Tofu Sandwich
  1. Mix the pastrami spice rub together in a bowl or container.

  2. One at a time, add each slice of tofu to the spice mix and generously coat both sides.

  3. Bake at 340°F for 20 mins or air fry at 340°F for 15 mins until crispy on the outside but still feels soft and juicy inside.

  4. You can also pan fry these in a light coating of oil for a few minutes on each side.

  5. Serve in hot or cold sandwiches with coleslaw, spicy mayo, cheese, and sweet pickle slices on a gluten free bun.
