Sour Cream Pumpkin Bread
  1. Cream the butter and sugar together

  2. Stir in the eggs and vanilla

  3. Stir flour, baking soda and salt together

  4. Add the butter and sugar mix

  5. Add the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon and nutmeg

  6. Stir and add to a greased loaf pan

  7. Bake at 350° for one hour

  8. Makes 3 mini loaves

  9. Variations: sub Banana for pumpkin. Add ½ cup nuts. Leave out cinnamon and nutmeg. Or, sub Apple Sauce for pumpkin and add apple spice
