Noodle Goodness
  1. Add the whites of 2 spring onions, 1 heaped tsp miso, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mirin, ½ tsp golden caster sugar and 1 tsp sesame oil to a bowl

  2. Pour over chicken or vegetable stock

  3. Mix with chop sticks until lump free

  4. Add in noodles

  5. Top with fried shiitake mushrooms, the greens of spring onion, a six minute egg, fresh coriander, chilli oil, shichimi and sesame seeds
