Crispy Yaki Onigiris With Costco Rotisserie Chicken
  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken and mix with cooked white rice

  2. Add chopped baby spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, Japanese mayo, honey, lemon juice, and chili crisp oil to the rice mixture

  3. Form the mixture into rice balls (about 8 balls)

  4. Brush or coat the rice balls with avocado oil

  5. Air fry at 400°F for about 25 minutes, checking every 10 minutes

  6. Drizzle with unagi sauce and sprinkle with furikake and green onions

  7. Serve with sriracha if desired
