Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Dissolve 4.3g gelatin powder in 45g boiling water until clear. Cool 2–3 minutes (warm, not steaming).
Whisk into the cottage cheese. Pour into containers.
Dissolve 2.2g gelatin powder in 60g boiling water until clear. Stir in 30g cold water. Cool until not warm (still liquid).
Pour glaze gently over the cottage cheese layer.
Chill a few hours until set.
