Instant Gingerbread Chia Pudding
  1. Add the chia seeds and very hot water to a small bowl or jar. Stir for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds begin to gel.

  2. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.

  3. Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, maple syrup, and molasses.

  4. Stir or whisk until smooth and creamy.

  5. Enjoy immediately, or let sit for 10 to 15 minutes for a thicker texture. Add toppings if desired.
