Chicken And Rice Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

  3. Spread uncooked rice evenly in the baking dish then pour the chicken broth over it.

  4. Place seasoned chicken on top of the rice and dollop cream of mushroom soup over each piece.

  5. Add mixed vegetables on top followed by grated cheddar cheese.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
