In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, spinach, bell pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place half of filling in tortilla, fold sides, roll tightly. Repeat with second tortilla.
Heat skillet on medium. Cook wraps seam-side down 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Cool slightly, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
