– 1 cup orzo
– 1 spicy sausage (sliced)
– ½ chorizo (sliced)
– 1½ cups chicken broth
– 1 garlic clove (minced)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt & chili flakes (to taste)
– Parsley (to garnish)
Directions
Sauté sausage, chorizo, and garlic in oil until browned.
Add orzo and broth, bring to simmer.
Cover and cook 10–12 min, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and chili flakes.
Top with parsley and serve warm
