Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish
Spread the uncooked rice evenly over the bottom of the baking dish
In a bowl, whisk chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Pour the mixture over the rice and stir gently
Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice and drizzle with a little olive oil
Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 minutes
Remove foil, stir the rice gently, and bake 15-20 minutes more until rice is tender and the chicken is sticky and glazed
Let rest 5 minutes, then top with green onions, sesame seeds, or red pepper flakes
