Pork Belly Soy Sauce Pasta
  1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes with a pinch of salt.

  2. Slice pork belly into 5cm pieces.

  3. Cut onions, chives and garlic cloves

  4. On medium heat, cook the pork belly slices. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Flip once, then add garlic slices and diced onions

  6. Make your sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and ½ tbsp minced garlic.

  7. Drain your pasta and save 2 tbsp of pasta water aside.

  8. Add pasta to the pan, pour the sauce and pasta water and mix.

  9. Cook for another 2-3 mins.

  10. Transfer onto a plate and sprinkle chives on top.

  11. Add the egg yolk on top (opt).
