Ingredients
Grind ⅓ cup toasted almonds or walnuts in a food processor.
Add 3 cups fresh cilantro, mint , basil or parsley (or a combination), 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt and pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.
Add ½ cup grated parmesan and pulse.
Slowly pulse in ½ cup olive oil until smooth.
