Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the Worcestershire sauce.Stir to coat the chicken all over. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Cook in preheated oven at 300°F [150°C] for 30 minutes, or until skin is crispy and golden brown.To make it in the air fryer, heat it at the temperature indicated above, and cook for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook stirring for a minute. Pour in bitter orange juice and 1 cup of water, parsley and simmer over low heat until it has reduced to half the liquid.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
