Blend the dates with oat flour, cacao powder, peanut butter, and salt until you get a sticky dough.
Roll the dough into bite-sized balls.
Melt the chocolate with a splash of milk.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
Place them on a tray and sprinkle coconut and salt on top (optional).
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour… and enjoy!
