In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: 2 tbsp gochujang paste, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, and ¼ tsp ginger powder.
Use a whisk to thoroughly combine all ingredients together.
