Miso Soup with Tofu & Veggies
  1. In a pot, bring the stock to a simmer. Add soy sauce.

  2. Stir in the miso paste until dissolved.

  3. Add the tofu, cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  4. Garnish with a pinch of shichimi togarashi for a little heat.
