Place parchment paper on baking pan and grease with butter
In a heavy medium pan, combine butter, sugar, water, and corn syrup
Bring to a boil, over medium heat and stir with a thermometer
Once it hits 300 degrees, pour candy onto pan
Let sit and cool for 30 minutes
Pull parchment paper from the cookie pan
Melt the chocolate and spread
Immediately place nuts and pad with hands
Flip toffee over and repeat
Break pieces, and refrigerate
