Pea Fritters
  1. Blend or mash half of the peas, with garlic, nutritional yeast and water.

  2. Add the other half of the peas, finely chopped herbs, flour, salt and pepper then mix until combined.

  3. Shape into small patties, then fry or bake until crispy then serve with a sauce and enjoy!
