Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix shredded cheese and ½ cup of the pizza sauce.
Unroll 1 can of dough on work surface; reshape into 12x8-inch rectangle and press perforations to seal. Place half of the cheese mixture evenly on top of dough; top with half of the pepperoni.
Starting on short edge of rectangle, roll up tightly and pinch seam together. Repeat for remaining dough, cheese mixture and pepperoni.
With serrated knife, carefully cut each roll into 6 slices, about 1 ¼ inches wide, and arrange spiral sides up in baking dish, reshaping into round shapes, if necessary.
In small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush top of dough with topping mixture.
Bake 23 to 27 minutes or until deep golden brown and dough is baked through. Cool 10 minutes. Just before serving, in small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining ¾ cup pizza sauce covered on Medium-High (70%) 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Serve as a dipping sauce.
