Sabudana Vada
  1. Wash and soak the Sabudana overnight.

  2. Mix all the ingredients and mash gently.

  3. Shape into little pucks and deep fry 2-3 minutes until golden on the outside.

  4. Enjoy with ketchup or chutney!
