Air Fry the Pita Chips: Arrange the seasoned pita triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Cool and Serve: Once done, transfer the pita chips to a cooling rack to cool slightly. They will continue to crisp up as they cool. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
