Cut acorn squash in half, scoop out seeds, place the halves in a loaf pan so the hollow part is facing up like a bowl.
Put 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and honey inside each half of the acorn squash.
Sprinkle the spices into the center of each squash.
With a spoon, gently stir the mixture and coat the insides of the squash.
Pop it in the oven at 350 and bake till soft. It will start to smell nice when it’s getting close to finished. I don’t wait for the oven to preheat. Just throw it in.
