Drop 1 pound of ground beef into pot and add 1 diced onion and 4 minced garlic cloves
Brown the meat and break it up, then drain
Add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper, and stir until combined
Add 3 cups chicken broth, 1 cup whole milk, and 1 can tomato sauce, and stir gently
Add pasta and bring to a boil
Continue stirring and cooking until almost all liquid is gone and pasta is soft
Turn heat off and add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring to thicken and make creamy
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes
Optional: Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter with 1 cup bread crumbs
Transfer pasta mixture to a greased 9x9 baking dish and cover with bread crumb mixture
Bake at 350 degrees until crispy
