Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
  1. Combine the avocado oil, honey, tamari, garlic, apple cider vinegar, paprika, and onion powder in a small glass or bowl and whisk to combine

  2. Take the chicken thighs out of the fridge and add them to a bowl with a lid (or a ziplock bag)

  3. Pour the sauce over top, seal, and allow them to marinate while they come to room temperature before cooking (20-30 minutes)

  4. Preheat your oven to 400

  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, saving the marinade for later, place the chicken thighs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes

  6. While the chicken is cooking, add the marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil

  7. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened, stirring often

  8. Once the chicken has cooked and your sauce has simmered, serve the chicken over prepared rice and baste generously with the sauce

  9. Enjoy!
