Balsamic Grilled Chicken
  1. Season the chicken with salt and place in a ziploc bag.

  2. Make the marination by blending balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and slowly adding oil until desired thickness is reached.

  3. Marinate the chicken for 12-24 hours, or a minimum of 1 hour if rushed.

  4. Drain the chicken from the marination before grilling.

  5. Grill the chicken on both sides until charred and internal temperature reaches 175°F for thighs, approximately 5-8 minutes per side.

  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
