Peel the tofu into slices with a peeler.

Fry the tofu for a few minutes until golden.
Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley. Mix with lemon juice and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the vegan yogurt, minced garlic, white wine vinegar, and a pinch of sugar.
Assemble the Döner by placing the fried tofu, salad, and garlic sauce between the Döner Flatbreads.
