Italian Sausage Gnocchi Soup
  1. Add 1 tsp olive oil to a large pot/dutch oven over medium heat. Then add minced garlic.

  2. Add Italian sausage and completely cook. Then add all seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian, oregano, parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder) and tomato paste.

  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Then add gnocchi and cook 3-5 minutes.

  4. Reduce heat to low and add half and half/cream. Then add grated Parmesan. Last, stir in shredded spinach.

  5. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes until mixture is thickened, then serve.
