Combine diced mango, red bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Chill.
Blend sour cream, cilantro, honey, lime juice, green salsa, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Heat olive oil over medium-high. Toss shrimp with chili powder, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sear 2–3 minutes per side.
Heat in skillet or microwave until soft.
Spread sauce, add cabbage, shrimp, and mango salsa. Drizzle more sauce and top with lime.
