Prepare marinade by whisking together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame seeds
Pour marinade over the salmon but reserve about ¼ cup to pour on top after cooking
Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 12 minutes
Remove salmon and serve over bowls of rice
Add reserved marinade on top and garnish with your favorite toppings such as avocado
