Cook the beef in a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Let it rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, sauté the veggies in oil for 5–7 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Add the sliced beef back in and stir in Soyaki sauce to taste.
Microwave the rice for 3 minutes according to package instructions.
Serve the beef and veggie mixture over rice.
