Smash Tacos
  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside in the fridge.

  2. Squish the mince evenly to each of the mini tortillas, season with salt and pepper then fry in a pan sprayed with low calorie spray for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat, flip and fry for a further minute or until cooked.

  3. Add the cheese slices to each tortilla, then the lettuce, onions, gherkins and a good drizzle of that beautiful burger sauce and enjoy!
