Mmmm- not very spicy- recommend increasing the Cajun seasoning and or cayenne pepper if you want some heat to it.
But great flavor

No notes- delicious as is- and my child ate it and asked me to make it again sometime. I call that a winner

My daughter wanted Taco Burgers—- but I call these Cheesy Taco Joes. Make a pound of taco meat and melt a cup of cheese.
Optional additions- beans, onions, etc- favorite taco additions

Used Ground Turkey this time.
Key is to make sure the meat is spread out thin- I put sprayed parchment paper on top and bottom and smooshed between two baking sheets

Made this as a Valentines Day Treat for my coworkers. Surprising them with it tomorrow
