Delicious! I've made it for both my parents and my friends, everyone loved it. The base recipe doesn't give you much (~3 plates' worth of chicken and sauce), but you can double it easily (10 portions, not 5), with superb results. I used a ginger plane to get my ginger, and just regular bottled, pre-chopped garlic. First time I served it with regular rice, second time with sushi rice (glutenous rice/sticky rice). If you can find sticky rice, use that.
