I didn't add the two cups of water. I used three spoons of better than bouillon garlic instead of 3 tsp salt. I added some fresh thyme from my garden when I added the kale and sausage back in and let it cool a bit before adding the heavy cream. It came out flipping amazing! Will definitely be making again.
