Meh, I probably wouldn't make this again. Gochujang added some good flavor and spice but Alfredo is a pretty plain sauce. Instead I'd make the marry me mushrooms and add gochujang
Good, I used one serrano as I didn't have Thai chilis and it was quite spicy, I also didn't have black mustard. Next time I would double the recipe as this about enough for 2 maybe 3 people
Excellent, I tried it with both the 10" and the 14" cast iron and definitely stick with the 10" in the future also don't be afraid of burning the top a little
